Having braces can be a little tricky. Here are a few tips and tricks from the pros!
Try using soft-bristled toothbrushes when brushing your teeth – and don’t forget to brush along the top and bottom of your brackets.
If your wire is poking you, don’t pull it out! Take a cotton swab and gently push it against the closest tooth and then give us a call, so we can fix it for you.
Try not to chew on your fingernails or tips of pens to keep your braces in pristine condition!
